November League
A 5 week league is starting this Friday (Nov 1). The details are:
Dates: Fridays – Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 22 & Nov 29
Starting Time: 6:00
Entry fee: $25 for members
Shooting: 3 Rounds Per Week
Week 1 16 Yard Trap
Week 2 Skeet
Week 3 ½ Trap Doubles
Week 4 5-Stand
Week 5 Trap Wobble
Shot cards used for rounds. Guests pay guest rates
Prizes: The entry fees will be used for cash prize payouts at the end of the league using Lewis Class scoring. The number and size of payouts will be dependent on the number of participants. There will also be a prize awarded from a random drawing.

Tuesday & Saturday shooting
Shooting on Tuesdays and Saturdays has ended for the winter. We anticipate additional shooting opportunities come spring.

Veterans Day Shoot
Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 17th for our annual Veterans Day Shoot. We will be serving lunch for all and be shooting all normal disciplines as well as the following special games:
- Flash Targets - We will load trap 3 with random green and black targets, The last person in the round who breaks a black target and the last person who breaks a green target will win a prize. The round is 10 total targets, 2 from each station.
- Last Man Standing - This game is shot from the 29 yard line. Everyone who signs up lines up next to each other. The first person calls for a target and shoots. If he breaks the target, then the next person calls for his target. If he misses the target, the person next to him will shoot at the target and if they break the target, the first man is out. If the second person misses then the third man shoots and if he breaks the target, the first 2 people who missed are knocked out. If the person to your left broke his target and you shoot at it, you are knocked out. This continues until there is only one person left. The winner gets 1/2 of the entry fees collected.
- Long Bird - You line up at the 29 yard line on station 5 of trap 1 and shoot at a target launched from the trap 3 house. You get 2 tries for each entry. If you break it, you get half of the long bird pot.

Did you Know?
That your department/company can use the club to host an employee shooting event. In addition to shooting, you will have use of the clubhouse for meeting/presentation. You can use the facilities to prepare food or have food brought in. An enjoyable team building opportunity at a very reasonable cost.

Are you new to Shooting?
Would you like to improve your shooting score? We are offering FSC members a private session with one of our experienced shooters. They will work with you one on one to help you with your stance, gun mounting, understanding use of the pattern board and shooting. The session will include using the pattern board and instruction during one 25 shot round. You will need to pay for the round and bring your own gun and shells. The session length will be dependent on the shooters level of experience. Sessions will be scheduled during normal club hours.

Come out and see the work that we have done to the club! The skeet houses have been resided. We have upgraded our skeet throwers and our 5 stand has two courses to satisfy the beginner as well as the seasoned shooter. We continue to make improvements for all of our current and new members. Our location is one of the best in the Chicago area. Come out and inquire about the memberships that are available.

Welcome and thank you for visiting the Frankfort Sportsman Club’s website. As you can see from our website there is a lot going on and we are doing our best to improve and enhance our shooting events. As you may have noticed we have several events listed on our calendar.
